Phase 3, the final phase, of the redevelopment of Wing Yip's Edgware Road, Cricklewood Cash and Carry store was successfully completed and handed over last November.

Wing Yip have continued to trade throughout the entire refurbishment works. Wing Yip have reported that sales have more than doubled since the start of the refurbishment works.

The office block of the redevelopment, with ornate Chinese tiled roofs, is nearing completion. The remaining sections of scaffolding are finally being removed after over a year of carefully sequenced construction operations to reveal the intricate roof detailing. Wing Yip are presently finalising fit-out requirements for the building.
