Works continue to programme on the construction of a block of 512 units of student accommodation in North London for the Opal Property Group. Target for completion is Summer this year.

The external facade with blue tinted 'Planar rainscreen glazing' to the upper storeys is nearing completion. Test and commissioning of mechanical and electrical installations have commenced. Internal fit out works are continuing at pace with 150 plus operatives on site daily. Carpet and furniture installations commenced at Easter. The show flat was opened on 1st February 2008.
