HG Construction

The works at this world-renowned hospital to construct two new floors on the existing 5-storey building at York House, to house laboratories and offices are currently on programme. The structural steelwork to the level 5 extension has now been completed together with the concrete floor. Roofing works are proceeding together with the external cladding. Internal refurbishment is well underway and the mechanical and electrical services have now started.

The difficult interface with the existing occupiers is being managed well by HG with the minimum of disruption to the users.

We are aiming to be complete by the end of August 2008 and expect this to be achieved.
