HG Construction

This project is for the construction of 2 no. hi-tech film production office blocks for Cymbal Contracting Ltd.

The shell of the building is erected and is watertight, comprising of have a steel frame with pre-cast concrete planks with a structural screed toping. There is external masonry cladding to front and rear with cedar timber cladding to sides and infills. There are Schuco aluminium windows installed throughout the structure and glazed full height screens to front and rear of the link between the two buildings.

The roof is a Sarna single ply flat roof to the main building with a rear sloping roof second to first floors.

The fit out to the internals with mechanical and electrical services are well advanced for completion for in March 2008.
