Lisson Green
Inner city refurbishment and new build whilst residential tenants remained in occupation – proving to be logistically challenging. Works included replacing liftshafts and access stairs whilst maintaining public access, egress and fire escapes. This was phase V of Westminster City Council’s long term re-generation scheme for this area.
