This residential accommodation for elderly persons was designed to provide a high quality and secure living environment for frail elderly people and complies with Category 2½ specifications. It was completed in July 2003. We are strategic partners of Ridgehill Housing Association and entered into a PPC2000 form of contract for this project. The partnership comprises our Client, Ridgehill Housing Association, now part of the William Sutton Group, Hertfordshire County Council and Hertsmere Borough Council.
