Our mission statement is:
"Our aim is to continually improve services to our customers by proactively managing all the processes using our highly skilled and motivated staff, with the specific aim of ensuring repeat business from our customers and, through our hard work and efforts, enabling our Company to prosper."

At HG Construction each department operates within the guidelines agreed and where practices are seen to be moving away from our Clients' requirements, amendments can be made to the system. This ensures we are able to meet our Clients’ requirements.

In recent years, Key Performance Indicators have been added to the construction agenda. HG Construction monitor certain KPIs with the intention of being able to benchmark particular projects and ensure we instill within the staff a culture of continuous improvement. The company is also registered with ISO 9001 Part 1 and this embraces the operating procedures that are adopted on all projects (with or without contractor’s design).
