HG Construction Ltd have experience in many forms of contract including Design and Build, Bills of Quantity, Construction Management and Management Contracting. All contracts are controlled in terms of quality, health and safety and out turn cost.
From our roots in the early 80s within the Hunting Gate Group we developed our abilities to manage both the design and the financial processes, to ensure we could offer production and cost certainty on all types of contract, but particularly with design and build forms and partnering contracts. This philosophy has meant we can react and perform well within the demands of both the commercial construction and property markets.
Our expertise in managing the processes of construction both on and off the site ensures consideration is given at the right time to cost alternatives, programming, procurement and value engineering options. This approach has resulted in a high level of business being secured through negotiation where our early involvement in the projects has added value and resolved potential logistical and engineering problems without cost or comprising our stringent Health and Safety requirements.
