Westbourne Grove
This was the second project which HG Construction Ltd carried out for Manhattan Loft Corporation and involved the sympathetic conversion of an existing church into a number of different uses.
The brief
The contract commenced with the construction of a basement car park within existing church walls, retaining the façade, and continued with the construction of a new church, church hall, community rooms, 2 no. retail shop units to shell, creche, offices on the 1st floor and 9 no. luxury apartments on the upper floors.
