What we did
The existing building, altered whilst the remainder was in occupation, is a concrete clad steel frame with concrete floors (part of which had to be replaced). The refurbishment included a combination of laboratories, office fitting out and all mechanical and electrical services.

The works were in two phases, all works were programmed and executed to co-ordinate with the staff and students so they could continued to use the building through the contract.
