The brief

This development comprised of 58 no. apartments, 3 no. town houses and 1 A3 unit together with above ground drainage and car parking.

What we did

The tight inner-city site is bound on all sides by occupied premises therefore making deliveries and site operations particularly challenging.

The construction was a concrete frame with traditional load bearing masonry.

The result

The contract was for a duration of 63 weeks and was completed in March 2008.
